Back after so long!

Hello! After much hiatus. Im back with my writing. Like Finally!
Thanks to the condition of 'a writer's block'. I cant seem to think of anything to write right now.
So much things happened over the previous months since i last penned. But not to worry.. Its all good things. Currently Im working full-time as Photographer at a Spa company and it was sure fun
doing photo shoots. :)

Sometimes I wonder are we compatible? Are we gonna grow old together? I know this may seem too deep and too early to think about these things but its better to know now than to waste your years of relationship and then break up.
And especially when you are with someone who just wanna have fun. Thinks that everything is a joke. Its kinda sad, really. What makes matters more difficult if the person who doesn't realized that you are trying hard to make him realize but hes still in denial. In the end, you feel like giving up. I admit, I may cuss and swear when Im angry or pissed, but that doesn't mean the have the right to just say without fcuking thinking! ( there you go, now Im getting angry just writing down how I feel now.) I guess I thought after all these years, He would have know me by now. Guess not. Im giving the cold war right now. Im just not ready to talk to him. Im afraid if I do, I may say things that I will regret and for now, its better to stay silent.

Today was my last day of working in 'RS' (I shall not reveal the company name, as they are not worth mentioning) I was in a happy jolly mood, attending to the clients. Dressing up the regalia and making small conversation and happily interacting. Even though the OLD MAN is being cold towards me today and pretend as if I was invisible, I realized he lost a happy energetic youthful unique designer. If he cant appreciate my work and respect me, its his loss. I know there will be other firms which will appreciate my skills and work. :) Im glad that Im becoming more optimistic about things lately and even with a dark grey cloud over my head! lol

Home Sweet Home!
Yes I just got back from Bali yesterday morning. Trust budget airlines like Air Asia or Jet Star.etc to have flight delays occasionally. We were supposed to depart from Bali at 10 plus but it was delayed for an hour later.
One thing which is good to be leaving from Bali late is so we can spend our last day relaxing at the Villa. Thank you to my eldest cousin, Along for the free accommodation! :)

Being in Bali is certainly a wonderful experience. Bali is what I call beautiful. Beautiful beaches, beautiful arts & crafts, beautiful temples and culture. Majority of the people are Hindus and its interesting to see their temples and praying. And just so happens that we went there during their 'HOLY month' so we can see them praying at the beaches, giving offering. We even had to wear a yellow or purple 'kain' to visit their temples. I realized that yellow is the sacred colour of their religion.

Though I personally dont like to go by itinerary, its refreshing to do that for a change. So we all brainstorm and discuss to where and what to do in the 3 days. I wanted to do water sports and go for some cultural visits. So we stayed up all night upon arriving in the beautiful villa at Seminyak.

The disappointing thing was I took photos with my Holga 135BC and I managed to only took 1 roll of film and the rest was damaged due to over exposure. But lucky me, I brought my brother's olympus shockproof camera and I managed to take most of the scenic photos!

I will sure send the film for developing soon and lets just see hows the result.

Just came back from the wedding photo shoot. The theme was ''Breakfast At The Tiffany's meet P.Ramlee! lol
The boyfriend's brother even had fake funny mustache for the videography. I cant stop laughing and bf even made me wear one! (very ticklish!). There was 3 scenes.

The videographer was fun and very creative. Kinda fun acting. I really cant wait for the editing to be done. From the looks of the Guest Book, it will be beautiful. The soon-to-be bride looked so beautiful even in the scorch sun. Surprisingly there were more than 3 wedding couples taking photographs today and don't know why Im feeling all smiley and day dreamy all afternoon. He even teased me that I couldn't wait for my turn. haha. Well, it was nice to talk about things which we don't usually talk. Here are some sneak peeks of the photo shoot which I took using my Holga and Olympus Shockproof Digitalcamera which is shockingly good. :)

Im back now blogging everyone and little did I know that I have regular reader (yes, Miss Lyra!).

I have not been blogging cos I was working most of the time and no.. I wasn't overseas but still stuck here in Singapore. But not for long, I will be having my ultimate getaway to Bali in next 2 weeks and Im pretty stoked to be finally going there. Since my cousin was gonna be married in mid December, her sister planned this last.minute.trip for her & my closest cousins (paternal side). We will be going for 5 days and Im relieved that my flight is not in the early morning! I have always loved tha beaches there and I cant wait to take pictures with my Holga. So I better buy more than 2 boxes of films baby! The feeling? Sexcited. :)

Anyways, The boyfriend is going to serve his National Service next month. How come it feels so fast. I still remember 3 years ago when we had this talk about this day. Well, we both knew this day would come and Im prepared mentally & physically. I know I sound like some dramatic gf but who is gonna bring me to eat at Hagen Daz whenever I have a craving? Who is gonna give me motivational words whenever I had a bad horrible day at work? Who is gonna put me to sleep whenever I cant sleep at night? Who is gonna give me sweet kisses to cheer me up whenever Im sad? He has always been my punching bag, my pillow & my shoulder to cry on. After what he said to me yesterday, I need to be independent and be very patient when hes in camp. And yes, I will. insha allah. :)

Finally I have finished editing those photos and not to brag, Im glad that it turned out more than I expected! :)

I guess sometimes I underestimated myself for not being so confident with my skills and passion. That is why Im blessed to have friends who always been there to cheer me on, my own personal motivators. And the boyfriend is also not an exception! My rock, sometimes my punching bag (well, I not proud of that! ;p), my lover who shares the some passion as me and hopeless romantic who never fails to make me laugh and who always supports my decisions (however crazy it may sound!) Thank you sweetheart for everything. (P.S I know you will be reading this, caught ya! hehe)

Anyways, I just started working after for more than a year and Im slowly adapting it. Being a graphic designer ain't easy as it looks. Im currently working in a professional ol' photo studio which engages GRADUATION commencement photos and family portraits. My company ( I shall not reveal, thank you.) has our own clients and judging from the looks of it and the ol timers there are very, very experienced and at first I felt a lil bit intimidated and pressured. What do you expect? I cant absorb every little fcuking thing on my first day of work! haha! However, as hours passed and I have picked up most of the stuff more faster. I kinda like this job. Trust me, I will hold on to this job for to gain more experience and learn as much from the OLD PEOPLE and add my young midas touch to this company. BRACE yourselves baby!

I did not blog as much lately because I've been busy going for job interviews and making time to edit the 'Guest Book' photos. I still do procrastinate things but now I tend not to multitask.
Im doing things at a slower pace and living life. It sucks having a diploma but unemployed. I kinda pictured myself to have a career after finishing school but looks like I still got a long way to go.
I would love to have a career now. The thing is.. its not as easy as it seems. I realized I really need to put myself out there more. For now, I cant be picky and give my very best at every potential company I am applying. :)
Well, good news is I have an interview tomorrow at 1400hrs. Thank god its after lunchtime so the hopefully the traffic wont be that heavy. Im meeting dearest Zie earlier, in case I couldnt locate the place. hehe

Anyways, I just have a trip down to Marina Bay Sands. Walking along 'Helix Bridge' with love & Zie. The fun thing was, it was totally impromptu! I was amazed and the beautiful architecture of the bridge and loving the Marina Bay shopping centre (inside casino!). Expect to see high end boutiques from brands like Gucci, Guess, Chanel, and Etc. There was even a gondola (ala Venice) inside. A little bit of an Italian feel I tell you!

Imagine my reaction when I opened my email inbox.

I was kinda hoping that this firm would email me for an interview. I applied last month but only to received a reply today. It took them 1 month?! How proactive?

Anyways, one rejection and 10 more to go! Pardon me, but Im feeling a little sarcasm growing outta me. And this rejection wont bother me. Yes, getting rejected sucks but Im still not gonna give up. :)

That is not in my dictionary baby. Like these motivational words from Zie : ''Dun bother reading those rejection emails. instead look forward for acceptances offer!''

Introducing.. METRIC

After purchasing the 'Eclipse' Music soundtrack last weekend, I have been hooked to the songs!
Lots of alternative and indie music in the OST. (even my favourite Alison Mosshart from The Kill) even contribute on the soundtrack with Jack White himself also collaborated in the track 'Rolling In On A Burning Tire'.
And of course, Twilight was a so hype phenomenon. So the music is much more low key as only indiependent labels were on it but who doesnt know ' The Bravery'? They currently on my ringtone right now. hehe

Anyways, I just applied to JUICE magazine as a 'Designer Intern'.
I have been reading JUICE since my topshop days ( year 2007) and I hope I can contribute for the company. Wish me luck! and thanks to dearest Sugaryfah. I will be having my own tumblr acct soon.

Ever heard of the phrase 'Passion for Fashion'? Well I think it was in a 'Barbie' commercial when I was a kid.
Now, fashion has evolved from an unique sense of individual style and also influential people.
The famous 'Olsen' twins (Mary-kate & Ashley) who are celebrity fashion designers. Who have their own a clothing line in Wal-Mart stores across North America for girls ages 4 – 14 as well as a beauty line called "Mary-Kate and Ashley: Real fashion for real girls". (index- taken from wikipedia)
They have also launched their own new couture fashion label "The Row" named after the famous Savile Row of London. The pair have also started a new line for The Row, entitled "Elizabeth & James", named after their siblings.

How I wish they would sell their designs here?

Anyways, today was our 34th monthsary and since I was fasting today, we went to meet in the afternoon for our date. I wore some killer heels with my zipper dress and when he first saw me..
I felt like it was the look when he first saw me 2 years ago. It was breathtaking and priceless. I cant help but to blush at his endearing gaze which was from two feet away from me. :)
We went for Japanese at 'Ramen Ten' and went looking for his momma's present.
Stealing sweet kisses every now and then.
To think that i nearly thought that we had lost the affection and love but I WAS WRONG.
Hes still my knight and shining armor all these years. I love you more as time goes by and will always do.

Growing up, I have wanted things that I know I cant have.

Like a barbie doll. I wanted it so much till I begged and cry to my mother at the toy's store.

She gave in to my demands, but she did not buy me a barbie but a similar imitation doll. I was happy that I received it. Cos even though I did not get the Barbie but an imitation one, I knew my mother loved me and bought it cos she knows I really want it. And I understood that our family was struggling at one point. It was before my father received his yearly annual bonus (those days, getting your bonus was like hitting jackpot!)

So as I grew older, my mom knew I was getting a bit greedier so she did not buy the things I want even though I begged, cried or making tantrums. I would get slapped, pinched or scolded (which is normal as Im one stubborn little girl! hehe) so I turned to daddy dearest instead. My father would pamper me, buy the things I wanted only scolded me if I did not learn my 'Times table' LOL.

Now when I was working and have the money to buy whatever I want if I buy it on an impulse. Yes! Im a big spender and self-confessed Shopperholic! Im not ashamed to admit it. Shopping helps our country's economy and Im doing my part to help. *grinning*

Well, as time goes and after completing my higher diploma, I minimize my shopping habits and learn to save up. Thanks to my boyfriend who now is the only one who pampers me and loves me and I can depend on him. Syukur alhamdulilah Im now a 'freelance photographer' for events and earn some extra cash while going for my job interviews.

Thank you Vicky & husband for engaging me yesterday. It was fun shooting your photos for the 'Pregnancy Shoot' Im so happy for both you & your husband are soon will be welcoming a new addition to your family. I hope I would have that 'joy' of being a parent one day. Insya'allah. :)

I have been reminded for a million of times of this saying, '' We can plan, but its fate that decides''.
I guess after experiencing it for some time, yes. It is a known fact. We may plan everything and want everything to go our way but when things go wrong and plans had to be cancelled, its called fate. :)
I had to admit it, I was feeling pissed when they asked me to cancel the makeover appointment. Who doesn't
We had all plan to have a 'girly' fun day but I guessed it was not meant to. Oh well! Good riddance. Despite that everything went wrong, I had a fun day with The Dolls. We decided to eat at 'Wannabe Cafe'' at Arab Street and the food was delish! I bought a small ''Cookie's&Cream'' vanilla cheese cake for the birthday woman and enjoyed the time spent.

Lily had to go off early cos her eldest sister just given birth! It was premature as the baby is only 8 months old! (kinda reminds me of me, cos I was 8 months old when i was born!)
I will so ask Lily to snap some photos so I can post the newborn photos here alright? :)

Anyways, I was itching to shop but I had to control myself. Im saving up to buy a semi-pro Nikon camera with red interior and metallic sides. Maybe I can convince the boyfriend to pay for the other half? hehe
Hmm, Im so tired to the bones! Gotta wake up really early tomorrow for FAMILY day at the Singapore Zoological Gardens. Honey is also coming along. Cant wait to see him! Goodnight!

Bridal Model.

Finally I was done uploading yesterday's photos on Facebook. Reached home about 11 plus and didn't went to sleep until it was ''4am in the morning.'' Get it? Gwen's song.. 4 in the morning? :)

Well, I was talking to bf for hours. I guessed its nice to hang on the phone after so long. Rasyid has been busy working his arse off and its nice to have some time spent talking crap, catching up on our hectic days like we used to. He loves to hear my late night sexy (NOT!) voice and likes to tease me non-stop. Well, thats my boyfriend all right!

Thanks to sleeping late again, i having more eyebags and in a really sleepy mode. *yawn*

Anyways, I was one of the models of the 'Bridal hair & make-up'' demo for the make-up artistes in training. They were guided by our local celebrity bridal make-artist, Fatimah Mohsein. By looking at her studio gallery, she is quite established. She have done most of the make-up for our own local actresses weddings and have her own spread at most fashion & bridal magazines. A woman with short hair (who looked like in her late 30s) and a bit plump, I did felt a bit intimidated by her. I guess its because of the level of experience and professionalism she carries with herself.

All I had to do was to sit there and look pretty. hehe

This is my make-up artise who did my whole look. And she only 24 years old! The funny thing that made me laugh was when she thought i was 18! ( aww, you shouldnt have!)

It look 2 hours to do my look and I look like some 60s Ago-go chick!

Not a complete group photo but it was already late and I was feeling so hungry. I didnt eat all day and i was so glad when she took out my hair piece. I prefer simplicity for my future wedding. :)

Nads said I look so stewardess here. Really? Thoughts? :)

Yes. She is always photographed in laid back look. Like Jeans & T-shirt or with a hoodie jacket. To honest we need people like her. Not getting fame in her head even since the ''Twilight' phenomenon. Kudos K-Stew ! And her gorgeously edgy face is really making headlines and magazines covers have something different to see. :)

Sadly, I haven't watched 'The Runaways' yet. Couldn't find any available one online. oh well. Anyways, Im so enjoying the cold wet rainy weather this wednesday! In For The Kill

Back with a new blogskin and yes a new attitude!
I just kinda have the mood for blogging again and so many stories to tell.

These past 2 weeks have been quite a breeze for me. The folks & my eldest sister went to 'Umrah'(The Umrah is a pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia, performed by Muslims that can be undertaken at any time of the year.) Since I have to babysit the little munchkin full-time and with no job, I spent most of my days staying at home and cleans up after my bachelor brothers! Im lucky that my aunt did most of the cooking and preparing for our food!

Had some sleepovers & Horror movie marathons with girlfriends.

Applied jobs online.

Cooked 'Spaghetti Bolognese' with dearest best friend. (which is a success despite it was our first attempt!) :)

Spent some quality time with my boyfriend and had some new ideas for my side project.

I did gained a kilo for snacking. Well, You cant blame me! What are you supposed to do alone at home rather than eating and watching tv? hehe

And I don't care for gaining some weight once in a while. Cos its pretty annoying when people care so much for your weight. But not my sister. I will help her to lose those ''excess baggage''!

Its a pity how people would judge you when you eat! I mean, if it makes you happy. Eat! Only

lessen the food intake. And more jogging and yoga for me baby! :)

I have a feeling that its gonna be a good year.

Resume 101

After some useful tips from dearest cousin Sugaryfah, I have decided to start design my Resume.

Im still juicing some ideas from google and from my own ideas and boy I am so ready to start designing. Well here is some of the 'Resume 101' tips that I picked up from the net. :)

1. If the job you are applying to has resume requirements, follow them. Even if it means keeping a Word version of your resume for such occasions.
2. Typography is key. This is your potential employer’s first chance to judge your design skills, and almost all design includes some form of type. You are expected to refine and perfect your text layout on your resume just as you would a design for a client.
3. Organization is also key. If people can’t find your information, they won’t be calling you. Some design positions bring in hundreds of resumes daily. There is no time to search for information.
4. Spell check. Spell check again. Read your resume out loud to catch any errors you may have missed. Have a friend proofread. Have someone else proofread. And, then run one more spell check. You don’t want to miss out on a job because you used you’re instead of your, or to instead of too.
5. Legibility is a must. Most interviewers will not be in their twenties. Keep your text legible — dark enough and large enough for the average person to read. Ask a parent or relative who is a little older to give you an honest opinion about the legibility of your resume. If you are planning to fax it, legibility is even more important. Do a test fax to make sure that your page is coming across clearly.
6. Less is more. If you try to add graphics to your resume, you’ll see that there is a VERY fine line between creative and cheesey. When in doubt, stick to creative type and minimal use of color. A good designer should be able to use type in an interesting way — without the need for photos or drawings.
7. Leave your photo off of your resume. Unless you’re interviewing for a modeling job.
8. Make sure your resume is standard size, standard orientation, and on one page if possible. You don’t want it to get lost in a stack, or be annoying to file.
9. Stick to clean paper. Leave the cheesey parchment resume paper for the family holiday letter. As a designer, your creative type should make your statement for you — not the paper with the clouds on it.
10. Don’t forget your grid. The grid you use when creating a graphic layout applies here also. Your resume should be balanced and pleasing to the eye.
11. Keep away from decorative, swirly, circus, crazy, or ridiculous fonts. Again, clean and professional type is best.
12. Don’t forget to be yourself. Remember, the company you are interviewing for is looking for a creative person. Leave the cookie-cutter objective statements for your high-school resume-writing class. Show them who you really are with a few creative statements in your own language. Just remember to keep it professional (you don’t want to offend anyone or turn anyone off) — but not law-school-graduate professional.

Well, Im so glad that my FYP, web portfolio is done and ready for submission tomorrow! Yeah!
Finally all the nights slaving to complete my Flash photography portfolio. This is certainly my first time creating a portfolio and I feel its still my best work up to date. Im thankful for the my lecturer Aishu who has given me so much motivation and career advices. It will sure be a teary eyed moment tommorow when I present my FYP to the rest of the new classmates. Hmm, if not for AEC Edu Group, I wont be able to have the opportunity I had given. Thank You AEC! :)
Anyways, the boyfriend is going to have his ITE graduation this coming May and boy Im so proud of him. I know he is anxiously waiting for the NS letter and though I will miss him when he going to serve his National Service, I know we can go through it together. I love you sweetheart.

The deadline is approaching and I can help but feel so terrified that I may be disappointing my own skills. I know, I do have this higher standard of myself in things I know I can do better. Arghhh! *pulling my hair*
Fret not, I have pure confidence in myself and I know its gonna be breeze once I finished everything. :)

First things first,I seriously need a job! Yes, Probably you have heard it so many times from me but I'm not kidding. If not for mom's monthly allowance, I will be biting my fingers all month long. hehe
So now.. I need to have a jump start for my career and insy'allah I can do it.

Anyways. my lecturer asked me to write a testimonial about AEC.
I have lots to say and frankly, AEC has given me so much opportunity to do what I am passionate about, I have learned so much and even its just a short period of time. Im thankful for experience and education skills the lecturers have given me. Woahh.. guess that's half of my testimonial.
I cant believe that I'm going to be sad & happy at the same time when Im leaving AEC.
Feels like yesterday when I first come with the boyfriend to survey private schools.
Honestly, till now, i do not even had an idea what AEC stands for! HAHA

Well, No more playing around and FOCUS. I have been waiting to start a career in Design and hopefully my dreams will come true if I work hard and give my best. Even if I have to make time for myself and be away from people I love to achieve my goals.

The best remedy would be a day out in the beach with the sand, the sun and then I will feel inspired baby.

It will be all worth it.

Did you noticed it? I have finally changed into a new blogskin.

I just wanted to have a new skin to show how much time has passed.

I seldom blogged these days and I know some of my friends have been asking me to update! hee

Well, I have been slaved my days to complete my FYP. All those long late nights, not enuff sleep, hard work. Its all gonna be worth it once everything is completed right?

I have to keep positive thoughts and always push myself strive for the best I can give.

Hmm, but of course. I do have my limits and realized health is wealth. yeah!

Some minimal changes had happened recently.

Had dyed my hair RED.
Learned to be more independent with myself.
Work hard to get what i want.
The boyfriend got into polytechnic.

Even though I did had some mixed feelings about honey going to continue studying in polytechnic, after our long talk yesterday. He made me realized that he wants us to be happy & more stable for our future. So it was his decision to study.. Instead of going to serve his National Service, he chose to take his diploma first. Maybe cos I only thought in the long run? Thinking that its better to serve his NS than continue his studies. :)

Oh well, I know he is old enough to make his own decisions. But no matter what, I am gonna support him in everything he do, stand behind him if he fall, and hold his hand always. I love you sweetheart!

Thanks to the 'Seoul' food, my tummy hurts now as im blogging. I've also been in & out of the bathroom twice to dispose all thse toxic waste! haha
But nevertheless, it was a scrumptious wonderful dinner with honey & friends. Kenneth is going away on a trip to China for a month with his schoolmates and we had a 'bonvo yage see you again soon dinner' at Seoul Garden. The food was as always fresh and delicious and its not called 'All you can eat' for nothing! :)

I was kinda relieved that finally I get to eat the spicy, sweet ice cream after days of avoiding all the things that are sweet. It is due to my sensitive teeth after my dental appointment on last Saturday. Now Im one happy goober. We also took our time eating and talking and laughing the hours away. My cravings for ice-cream is done for now and to Kenneth, Have a safe trip there and see you soon alright?

A feeling sense of relief when both of my last two assignments are completed! yeay! All the longsnights really paid off! Finished designing my Vodka ad version Singapore.

I know, this is really an amature poster. I knew I could have done better and this is a 50% effort I must say! Feeling a bit lazy lately. Note to self, stop being a lazy bum Dee! haha
Well, two down.. 1 more HUGE project to go. My Final Year Project. I promise I will put my blood, tears, heart & soul to it! I can do it baby! :)
I realised that if I really put my whole mind into it, I can. Rather than I was wasting my time doing and designing the poster ad for weeks. When actually I just did this version for 1 hour at the last minute! hehe

Anyways, yesterday was Aminath's( childhood best friend) 23th birthday. I ask.. "So how does it feel to turn 23? Her reply was.. " Nothing, I dont feel any older" hehe Well, i still love the number 22 and for now Im still 22 years old. Time goes by so fast and little that we know it.. we are already 40. I can't imagine myself getting old cos maybe Im still a kid at heart.

Hmm, Kenneth (bf''s best friend) is going away for a few weeks to China for attachment. So we are all meeting for makan session on 1st March. Its nice to meet the rest of the dudes and catch up. Well, Guys. Please dont be late alright! haha
And so tommorow is my dental appointment. Im so freaking scared. Dear god, pls help me get through this.

Side projects

Im kinda busy with a lot of things these past month. Im finishing my diploma soon and I've been juggling with my 2 last assignments with FYP coming up, side projects and life of course. Times are hard, I've been sending a few resumes to some design or advertising firms and sadly none of them replied. I guess I need to work harder and improve on my portfolio. Well, syukur alhamdulilah these side projects are helping me for now. :)

I havent had time and cash for a vacation so Im spending my extra time watching concerts and gigs. For this year alone, I went to watch the indie rock gods 'Muse' live. Next month Parameore is swinging by to Singapore for their ' Brand New Eyes' tour. Cant hardly wait!

And next month, Im going to do a outdoor wedding photoshoot! Hopefully everything goes on smoothly and as planned. Also just recently, I did a favour to help out one of my closest friend for his band's photoshoot. They are called 'The Smoking Chimpanzee'. Word has it that they are going to have a gig at UK and do check them out if you have a chance. Musical influences?

Im departing in less than 2 hours and boy I cant wait to spend my weekend with family! Its bad enough that to go for a vacation is impossible now so I might as well enjoy the time away right? :)

I know for sure its gonna be a bit sentimental trip since Im going back to my old kampung. (actually it is my maternal grandparents kampung!) So much memories of dearest late nenek in there. Wonder how much the place changed or still the same kampung when we went during our school holidays during childhood? For sure, I will be bringing 'O' with me and capture the memories of the place which really holds so dearly to me. Hmm, turns out the boyfriend are also going away for the weekend to Perak. The 'Big Night Out' was awesomely awesome! Hmm, is that even a word? hehe!

Who wouldnt be psyched to watch their all-time favourite rock band play? Opening were screamo band, 'Saosin' and punk rock alternative band ' Rise Against'. Of course, everyone was waiting for Muse.

After i missed the 1st time Muse performed in Singapore, it was certainly worth every penny I saved. :)

I the whole concert event started at 1700 hrs and Muse only started playing their opening song 'Uprising' at 2200 hrs! Certainly worth waiting baby.

Thanks to my camera that had to run out of battery when Matt Bellamy was singing his melodious lungs out! Took countless photos and shots till my memory card was full! I was not kidding i tell you. hehe

I realised I've been quite preoccupied with things are now Im making time to update this blog!

I know, things have been seriously hectic especially when my lecturer Aishu, took leave for 2 weeks and we have a new temporary subsitute lecturer Aslan and after today's class. I really have misjudged that poor man. He's quite the gerek plus joker and he kinda reminds me of one of my ITE teacher previously. :)

The class was sure not dry like usual but I guess I cant shut my yapping and kept talking and pointing my own views at times. What do you expect? When the rest of my foreign classmates just nod and smile! So someone's gotta break the silence and awkwardness right? haha

Anyways, Honey is going to serve his National Service(NS) soon and I cant help but to dread that very day. Im glad that he spoke up and made me realise that our time spent together is indeed precious and I have to really manage my time well and make time for him. Im sorry love. Whatever I promised you, I will keep it and even if it takes for us to comprimise. Im beginning to miss the boyfriend more now.

As for now, Im so excited for our small project to fall into place. Insyallah with hard work, passion and commitment we can do this thing! In the meantime, we are starting out and when the time is ready... Please give your fullest support! *smiles*

I just came home from the Sentosa Beach with the half of Doll Trash. I think Im becoming more 'lembek'(soft) nowadays. Kept complaining the weather was too hot and couldnt stand the heat! Maybe because I dont wanna be too tanned like others? I was womdering that why on earth must they want a tanned skin when they are fair, while the tanned skin wants to be fair and lovely? :)

Well, despite the scorching sun, It was fun going relaxing and just wander our minds away.

Had another long day today and rushed to the National University of Hospital after school. What made me peeved was when I just realised I misplaced my thumbdrive! Which really contains almost everything! But mostly all my work was in it and pervious assignments, photos of me & boyfriend. Arghhh! Knowing myself to misplace my things and hopefully I will find it soon if not IM DEAD!

I even missed the 2 lectures and boy I need some catching up to do.

Hmm, maybe cos I didnt get enough sleep yesterday? Went to accompany dearest Shemad to the A&E. She was complaining to me how mu ch she cant feel anything on her right side and due to the numbness, she cant even work. At first she was quite stubborn to see the doctor but after much persuasion from yours truly, at last she is willing too.

As I was not a family member, I wasnt allowed to go in so I had to wait anxiously in the Visitor's Waiting Area. Boy was I worried! After much tests and scans, Shemad called me with a dissapointed tone. She had to be warded. Poor her to be all alone in the ward 55.

To be honest, I hate hospitals. The thought of hospitals always brings back back memories when the munhkin was warded in and out. Seeing Shemad now makes me think of how much my lilttle baby sister had to go through everytime she was warded. Hospitals also makes me feel depressed and trust me, I do not want to go there.

Anyways. I know despite all the laughter and smile, Shemad is suffering and feeling so much hurt inside. 'Ya Allah, Tolonglah sembuhkan sahabatku. Berikanlah dia kesabaran untuk menghadapi ini semua. Berikanlah dia kesempatan untuk seperti dulu. Amin.'

I can still taste the Java Chip Frapp untill now. Even after brushing my teeth, drinking some water. The aftertaste is still there and now im so wide awake! Thanks to the Frappacino! :)

Kinda felt dissapointed with myself today. Planned to wake up early in the morning to do some morning Yoga but I overslept till 11am. So much for wanting to do some exercises! hehe

Anyways, lately I've been slacking and staying at home on the weekends. I wanted to search for a job since Im running dry on the green and i need to survive on my savings, but still in the holiday mood especially on weekends. *shakes head* I did managed to survey some job sites but most of them requires working experience and i dont have any experience in that particular field so I guess I need to start from somewhere right?

So Im planning to start a small entrepenuer project with one of the DT, Lily and boy Im excited for this to happen. I know I can do it and insyallah I will. Once I had set it up, do pass the word around alright? :)

Well, I've been wanting to spend time with my angels. But it seem like everyone's is busy with their priorities. Whether its work or school or their social life. Hmm, guess I have to accept that we are no longer ninteen and its difficult to meet up as and when we want. Lucky we do have MSN, FB and all that social networking websites. It does helps us to contact. LOL

So Im spending as much time with love and my the Doll Trash. <3

The clock is ticking and I still havent had a proper new year resolution yet.
I guess I was a bit disappointed because there are still some resolutions which have not be accomplished for the current year. But nevermind, I did managed to get to where i am now. Here's a list which I did accomplished.

To take a diploma in Interactive Media. (Finishing soon!)
Try to experience new things and places. (Did that.)
Lose Weight :) (yeahhh baby!)

Well, eventhough I didnt managed to accomplish some resolutions this year. There is still next year right? For sure Im not going to tell you what is my resolutions for next year. Let it be a secret I keep inside. So it will further motivates me to fulfill it. :)

I dont even know what to do for new year's eve. The Doll Trash did plan something but I dont feel a festive mood to celebrate. I just wanna stay at home and watch movie marathons or relaxing. haha. Maybe cos I still have a deadline to rush for and I really wanna do a great design for my DG asssignement! *wishes*

Anyways, Emily's cousin Tini just delivered a baby boy on her 20th birthday! Isnt it sweet to receive a present as a baby? heee. Im so happy for her. So friends. Lets start a new year 2010 with a bang!

Good news is that my sorethroat is getting better today and Im able to sing again and talk to sweetheart. :)
But the coughing still continues and it hurts to even clear my throat. I have taken the right amount of cough solution and now Im feeling a little drowsy. No wonder they wrote there " No operating heavy machinery or driving". One of my friends suggested that maybe I should do a traditional remedy like drinking some honey to soothe my throat. Honey even suggested me to drink Bird's Nest drink? No! It tastes awful and Im not gonna drink any of it. Maybe drinking HONEY will do the trick. Hehe.

Well, today is Chritmas Eve and Eventhough I do not celebrate Xmas, I tend to have the Xmas spirit. The thought of getting presents, watching xmas movies, having family gatherings sounds so happy. And snow! I miss snow! And thank god thats it windy and cold in Sunny Singapore. So its a nice cooling weather for us to sleep at night. I do feel so blessed that eventhough I dont have everything. At least I have a family, a home to go to and wonderful friends and of course my LOVE<3. To all who celebrates Christmas, MERRY CHRISTMAS! and a happy new year soon! :D

Quoting from a line from ' Kung Fu panda'. I kind of understand why tommorw is a mystery because you never would know what would happen the day after tommorow. And yesterday is history because it already happened and there is no way we could turn back time to erase all that has been said or done. But our present is how we can cherish all the wonderful things we have and be more apprecriative towards others.

Life is short to be angry so treasure and cherish all the love you have.

Enough being said, my throat feels like sandpaper and its annoying to clear my throat once in a while to talk. Couldnt sleep as usual yesterday and had to toss and turn so many times till i feel so weak that i just slept till 11am. My coldness towards him also made things more tense between us. Yesterday's meeting was so miserable as I was sneezing away every 10 minutes and laughed so much. I guess im extra sensitive when Im sick and he said I laughed so much lately. :)

Maybe honey is right, I should shed off this attitude of mine. Im truly apologise love. I know we cant turn back time and take back all the things we've said, but we made mistakes and from there we learned from it and look forward to the day after. My present is for you honey and insyallah future we will be more happier. Thank you for knocking on my doorstep and suprised me with chocolate cookies, Fish & chips and my favourite flavoured drink. I've been so caught up wit things lately, and I havent had any time to update my blog! I know.. Im always the one with something to say, rant or blogging my thoughts away. But these past 2 week is so difficult. I guess you can call me 'Miss Procrastinator' at the moment cos I've been dragging myself o school but no work has been done. I guess its because the current assignement is a bit more challenging. I nearly gave up and wanting to give hand in my uncompleted assignment. Never in my life I had felt this and handing over the white flag to just give up just sounds so easy! Well, lucky for me. Im a analyist type of person who I really did anayze and wondered is giving up all worth it? NO. That is the simplest most obvious answer. I realised that pushing myself more and harder does makes it difficult. So its better to just welcome the assignement with open arms, try my best and and make an effort! :)

And looking at the TIME do gives me more pressure to complete. I still have this weekend to finish everything and note to self Dee, you can do it.

Anyways, I had an 'incredible' spa treatment today and spending quality time with dearest sweetheart. Had a 'makan' session @Beach Road.

At last, Im going to say it. Im going to be like those students who study's and work part-time. But thank god that these event is only for a few days! So at least I have some ample to do my Programming assignment. As much as I hate Programming, i have to do it. To be honest my programming skills sucks and the last time I use the Dreamweaver is last 4 years ago! I seriously need to brush up my Dreamweaver skills if not I will get a 'C'. Anyone can help? Pretty please? :)

Anyways, I did a little shopping with my elder sister yesterday. Bumped into my cousins and their other half's. :) Well, its my fault for throwing away my office wear smart clothes and now I do not have any to wear for the Conference. My sister was helpful in finding me the right fit and goes with my style. And we even managed to get the things we want in 3 hours? Even some of the items i got it at less than 20 SGD! Weee. But the unfortunate thing is.. My KL trip with my paternal side of the family was cancelled! I was a bit bumped but glad at the same time so we get to go Pulai again. :)
The boyfriend's birthday is coming in a few weeks and I really got something special planned for him. Honey.. If you're reading this, You know you have to wait for the suprise I have in store for you. *winks*

I wanna wish all muslim friends 'Eid Ul Adha'.

Too bad i didnt get to watch the goats and sheeps being sacrificed today. But i managed to watch it on video cos my uncle did record the sacrifice on his handphone. :)

Anyways, I was kinda sad that the little munchkin kepts mentioning nenek. I guess she still doesnt fully understands that nenek has passed on. I realised thats she thought nenek was still in the hospital receiving treatment but when the fact is.. she had left the world. Maybe that is one of the few reasons why I didnt feel in a happy mood for Eid. Although many has said that we should celebrate more during Eid Ul Adha than Eid Mubarak. Cos during the Eid Ul adha, muslims all around the world are busy performing their haj in Mecca. :) My parents did their haj 4 years ago and how come it feels just like yesterday?

Well, after hearing from dearest Tok'ne about the alarming news. I was relived that the Singaporeans who are currently doing their haj now is safe and none was hurt due to the reports of mudslide and floods at Saudi Arabia. Syukur Alhamdulilah.

Hmm, great news for me! I got the freelance job as a host for a International Conference event next week which going to be held at Cityhall. Im gald that I can at least work to slowly support myself. I know having financial issues is very difficult, but thanks to my elder brother.. whom I totally underestimated his kindness. I hope I can do a good job for this event so they will call me again next time? Note to self.. Dont hold your breath yet! :[

And it doesnt make it easier when kept thinking about honey all the time. He has always been the one who looked out for me and and being there whenever I need him. I never realised that I could miss him this much. *sad face*

After so many months had passed, finally I had the day out with my dearest girlfriends DOLL TRASHES! Being a part tomboy myself, I dont have lots of girlfriends and do girly things but they one of the bunch that i feel so comfortable to be with.

We laughed, teased and cry on each other shoulders when sharing problems and mostly we had fun with each other's company and took countless of photographs till our batteries died.

All in the same age (except Lily) and we guess only with them i dont wish to grow up. We joked about how ugly & wrinkled we are going to be when we're old and how much we might changed after settled down and whether we will matchmake our kids to the other!

Insyallah our friendship will be stronger each day and thank you for the DIY (Do-It-Yourself) gifts and the yummylicious cupcakes babes! :)

Time goes by so fast does it?

Little we know, we are getting older every year and its time to settle down.

Maybe previously talking about the 'M' word is a way too early but now things are different.

We are both grown more mature and now its best to think and look forward to our future together.

The most anticipated movie of the year is of course Stephanie Meyer's 'New Moon'!

Its the sequel of the Twilight Saga and in this installment they are going to introduce more from the vampire world which is THE VOLTURI. By looking at the trailers and so much attention from the media, Im so psyched to watch it. Hey, Im a TWIfan and i admit it! But my advice, read the books and then you can judge the movie! Yes, although Rob Pattinson (R-Pattz) and Kristen Stewart (K-Stew) got so much attention from all the paparazzi. Come on! All these paparazzis get a life will you!? haha

Anyways, Last year Paramore's song "Decode" was the official music sountrack. But this is one of the the greatest indie band of all.. "DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE". :)

Def cab does great deep lyrics and watch the music video. They have been underground for a long time and its time people sit up and notice already!

Im so glad that I was called for an interview for internship for a 3D/2D animation gaming company. Tommorow is the interview and im NERVOUS. Guess its been a year since i went for an interview and its back to square one. :)

Declaring broke is not a good term but I am and gotta get my butt off now to find a part-time job and its a plus point if I get to be a part-time intern right? I sure need as much experience to succeed in this line. Hmm, i've been interested to learn about 3D animation and insyallah i will get the opportunity.

Anyways. Its been raining cats & dogs since mid afternoon and im feeling sleepy but cant rest now cos I still need to continue on my theory part of the current assignment. As much as a quick nap is nice.. I need to stop slumming and start working baby! hehe. And thanks to my cousin Along for updates and pictures.

Seeing these adorable tiny tots make me smile. Awwww. :D

Along told us its 44 degrees in Hedland, Australia. No wonder this tiny tots is busy swimming in pools to keep cool. hehe. I've been to Australia twice and I still remember the climate is opposite from other western countries. Its cold & snowy in middle of the month and hot and humid on October onwards. How quick my niece & nephew have grown since the last time I saw them on Eid! Well, at least cousin Along still updates about them so we (her family) will not missed out on the little things. :)

Can you feel it? November swings by so fast and I cant wait for the short trip with the paternal family. Wee. After half-year cramming up tutorials and assignments, i need a getaway! short or not. I dont care! Sugaryfah cousin, make sure you coming on December! I miss you!

An Ultimatum.

Have you been given an ultimatum? To either give up everything you have worked all these years or to fight for it and try to comprimise?
Whatever you decide, its all lay in your helpless hands.
Nothing you can say will able to undone whats being said. Giving up seems easy but is it worth to throw everything? You are a fighter and damn right you going to fight all you can to mend the broken pieces. It is all worth using your heart, mind & soul to heal. Listening back to his piercing words about our beautiful memories, It makes me feel calm and speechless. I was given a chance to say how i feel and i took it. I said things that may gave him pain but its all been said when i was angry, dissapointed and feeling so upset.
Hearing the tone of his voice, he really thought a lot to say his point of view. Maybe I did changed a little. Maybe it was me with all the excess baggage. It was too much of a drama! Why cant things just be like they used to? I ponder with this same question everynight before going to sleep.

Crying does not makes me feel better anymore. We all women do cry to feel better and I admit I was already at my losing end. Im learning, everyday Im learning about how to be a better person, a better girlfriend and a better friend to him. His last words was.. "Why do u need to cry? You didnt do anything wrong? Im with all the problems! I made you cry. Stop crying."
In those words, I realised that there isnt any sense of compassion. He was still angry with me. I dont know what to say anymore. Every little I say will be put against me and all i can do now is to give him some space. I had never loved anyone like I love him and maybe its time i try to put me aside and truly understand him. Dear God. Please guide me as much as I can. :'(

I didnt went to school today and plus we just received our new assignment for 2D Animation. Had to babysit the little munchkin while mom was busy helping my aunt cook for some event. The parents is going away to KL (Kuala Lumpur) for the weekend and its going to be us girls at home! Yeahh.
Its not everyday the parents get a short holiday. I can see that they are happy to be going away even for a few days. And turns out i have to babysit the little one with my elder sister. It bites not able to go out and spend time with sweetheart and friends but I dont mind. I havent been at home much lately due to school, weekend plans and busy with my personal things. But now is the time for me to spend much quality time with the little munchkin. (:

So before being grounded at home for this weekend, I did some pampering to myself.

Yesterday Mocca gig was awesome! Eventhough we had to wait for almost one an hour plus for the equiptment and soundchecks, it was worth the wait. It was Mocca's 10 Year Anniversary Tour and performing were bands Postbox & The Sallys (Singapore) and the beautiful Yuna (Malaysia). The 1st performance (Postbox), started performing quite late and next were Ska punk Jazz band called The Sallys. They played hits from their previous EP and it was nice to hear the malay version of "Lady Marmalade". (:

Yuna whose known for her amazingly soothing voice, is so sweet and pretty humble in person.

Most of the songs she performed were new ones and it as sure fun to sing along to the song "Dan Sebenarnya" (Truth is).

Its Mocca's 10 Yr Anniversary Tour!

Mocca, who is known for their indie pop jazz/folk music with songs like.. "Me & My Boyfriend, "The Best Thing In The world" and "Secret Admirer". Thats why i do prefer Indonesian bands cos they like to experiment other genres of music and does it well.

Mocca is an Indonesian four-member band formed in 1997 in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The band's musical style is inspired by the retro sounds of the 70s, with influences of swing, bossa nova, Swedish pop, and jazz. The core of the band is Arina Ephipania Simangunsong, Riko Prayitno, Achmad ("Toma") Pratama, and Indra Massad. When playing live, MOCCA is supported by six additional players on keyboards, guitar, percussion, trumpet, and trombone.

Others acts include Yuna, Postbox and The Sally which hailed from Singapore.

This event will also mark the first run of a band exchange program between three labels, Big Ear Musica (Singapore), In The Box Records (Malaysia) and Fast Forward Records (Indonesia). This band exchange program is produced by The Bastard Movement (Singapore).

Whew!
Im feeling so exhausted as i type.
Just came back from Sentosa "Pahlawan Beach" at around 22oo hrs.
Its been a while since we last went on a fun date toghether as both has been preoccupied in their School and after school activities.

It was a refreshing start after hours and hours of cold war. I know, i can be subborn and really
unreasonable at times and i bet the boyfriend can stand it.
But thanks to his supernatural patience and me learning to compromise, we finally ended the dead silence and think of us instead of the problems. We went to Sentosa and acted like crazy kids.. urmm Adults! hehe

I still remember the last time i went to Sentosa with him was last year mid January?
haha! And its our first time going just the two of us. *smiles*

Psst..I even get my own personal sand spa from love. hehe

Evenhough it was drizzling, it doesnt stop us from swimming in the sea. (and i did accidentally consumed some seawater!)

I've been spending my own sweet time creating these objects from scratch. My intention was to make it appear more realistic but now it looks more like 3D. Im still familiarising using Illustrator and boy it does takes a lot of practise to use the software! I am so glad that the practical part is over. Now left are a few theory exercises! Please let me finish all by sunday! *shakes head*

Looking at the weather outside.. It looks like its going to rain soon. Oh im already imagining myself sleeping at my comfy bed with pillows. *yawn*

Can't wait to get away from here. This weekend i will be going to celebrate the last week of eid with family. My aunt just moved to her new place in Johor and the place is beautiful. I took this Facebook quiz about what is my ideal job and i got a photographer.

Well, as much as i do love taking photos of anything that i find interesting, i wish that i have more sufficient tools! At the moment I can still rely on my dad's second hand 'Olympus' camera to capture my images.

Many has sung praises and compliments for its picture quality, eventhough its a vintage camera and 5.0 megapixel.

And i realised i bring along with it almost everywhere i go. To weddings, Birthdays, sight-seeing with love, also school assignments. Never would i imagine to be parting with it. I named it 'O' and looking at its exterior, it is surely ripping apart as time goes and maybe its time to get a new camera?

If only i have the cash now.

Im coughing now as i blog and my throat feels itchy!

Today was supposed to be romantic, fun and happy but the unfortunate thing is both of us are sick.

He kept sneezing and coughing.

I kept holding on to tissues and cough. i know disgusting right?

haha.

But no matter how miserable we may feel, we stood by each other.

It was sweet of him to meet me when he wasnt feeling well.

Its the little things he do.

Fret not, i taken my meds and im so feeling drowsy right now.

My body immune system is low and i gotta build up! My appetite is slowly going down and i need rice. starch! Maybe all i need is some beauty sleep and hopefully some sweet dreams and not the weird ones i had past these past few days.

Better head to bed after installing Illustrator Cs2.

Im so blessed to have friends who truly care. Who motivates me to be a better person and accept my flaws. Who gives me relationship advices and being there to support when im at a losing end. Like any other relationships, friends also fight and bicker. Thus by overcoming all that makes our friendship stronger. It is also like being in a relationship. Well, i wasnt feeling well since yesterday. My body temperature is feeling hot & cold. No cases of shivering yet but it was so freezing sleeping with an air-conditioner! After reaching home last night, I popped the yellow pill and slept like a baby. heh

I so was eager to wish dearest bestfriend 'Happy Birthday' but guess i was out cold. I know, this yellow pill (which actually clears up ur nose & phelgm) really is strong. Boy, if mom hadnt wake me. I would sleep untill the whole day. *shales head*

It was fun chilling out at Dan's place and did a movie marathon. Hmm, can you believe it that after years being friends its the 1st time i've stepped to Dan's. Funny right? I mean, we were all been caught up in our lives that its been long since we hung out and catch up on things. Dan is my only guy best friend. He had being there for me so much during my higher nitec days. Most of the guys i dated had to be approved by him cos he knows whats best. hehe

Now that i have honey, Dan has passed the baton to him and he is the one who takes care of me. I wish that honey would bring me the chicken porridge when i was sick. Eventhough it tasted tasteless, to me the porridge is delicious. (:

The thought is him coming all the way from Tampines to Bukit Panjang just to bring me porridge & chocolates is so sweet. He has seen my ugliest moments and all he care was me. Thank you sweetheart! i do love you very much. XOXOXO

The movie that i recently watched is "500 Days of Summer". Judging from that title, you may think that it is about summer. But actually Summer ( Zooey Deschanel) is a girl that Tom (Joseph Gordan-Levitt) fall for.

Tom Hanson works as a writer at a greeting card company but is a trained architect. After working in the company for years, he wasnt happy. Until one day he met Summer Finn.. who is his boss's new assistant. What makes the film interesting is the how it is being narrated through the lead's voice, pictures and songs.

Summer first noticed Tom when she accidentally hears him listening to 'The Smiths'. and there they bonded.

One month later, at a karaoke nite. Tom's co-worker, Mckenzie accidentally let it slip that Tom is attracted to Summer. As time goes, Tom and Summer grew closer despite Summer making it clear that she doesnt believe in true love and does not want a boyfriend.

But things changed when feelings were involved and intimate secrets are shared.

Well, im not going to be a spoiler and tell the whole story! So since the boyfriend laughed too ( and its not easy for him to like certain movies) so i give it 4/5. Funny, witty dialogue and presentation of movie is so creative. (:

Word for the day.. PENIS! *chuckles*

So what are you still waiting? Its definitely a must watch. Ladies, bring your boyfriend. Guys.. you know you love Zooey! I do. hehe.

Adventureland

Finished watching the indie flick, 'Adventureland'.

From the director of Superbad, Adventureland is a hilarious coming-of-age comedy starring Jesse Eisenberg, Kristen Stewart, Ryan Reynolds and Bill Hader. The jokes was hilarious, great script and story plot.

No wonder Singapore didnt buy it cos its rated R and really a lot of F-ing! haha

But its totally a comedy with an attitude. Here we see a the main lead, James (played by newbie Jesse Eisenberg) who is a college graduate who wanted a job career but managed to get a summer job at a funfair place called 'Adventureland'. Boy meets girl named Emily (played by Kristen Stewart), girl is troubled and angsty with great taste of music. And soon he began to learn who she really is. Ryan Reynolds a not the leading role but Eisenberg really shows his character well as the geeky pathetic James but we do ohh so love him in the movie! The funny part will be the manager's character. although he may seem like a jerky manager, but he is sure caring and looks out for the staffs in Adventureland. Especially the scene where James punched the huge bully dude on his testicles and he was chased after the dude's friend. James managed to make a run for it and it was the manager who came out with his baseball bat and fiercely threatened to hit the big guy, and he ran like a girl! *laughing like crazy*

Anyways, I gotta give Eisenberg some credit for just playing James. He certainly doenst need to try so hard and boy hes quite a cutie with his curly messy hair blond hair. While Stewart deserved the role of Emily. It shows Kristen is a serious actress and not just in it for popularity like other younger hollywood actresses. Since twilight sequel, 'New Moon' is coming next month or December. Im sure the director wont dissappoint the fans and readers, cos judging from the exhirilating and suspense extended trailer i've seen. We are so excited for the movie to premiere in cinemas! Let Wheather you are team Edward or jacob.. admit it, we do love both of the mystical creatures baby!

Hmm.. Time goes so fast does it? Its nearly half a year i have completed my course and now it feels so nerve-recking! Although the lazyness of attending classes and actually stayed more than 3 hrs is so difficult! hehe, but now competition's heating up and i can feel the pressure.. its getting closer now. Help! please give me more motivation and i need to think of more creative ideas. i think i can, I know i can. Well, as eid is ending soon.. I feel sad. But it will come again soon right? I cant help it to bottle lots of things in my mind. Im worried for tok'. Insyallah his health will become better once he do the ballooning. After nenek passed on and left the world, he is the only grandfaher i have left. (excluding my paternal grandparents) Looking at my mother's face in the morning, she looks worried and sad. I just wish things would be better. Insyallah.

Things always happen for a reason and im happy where i stand. Eventhough my relationship is not always like "happy days", i wouldnt change it any other way. Being with him makes me become less selfish, more understanding and more appreciative towards others. He makes me realise that a good relationship with my mum is important and to put myself in others shoes. thank you love. I know it was sure a rocky ride for us all these years but all i need is you love! i miss you very much!

My eyes are getting heavy as i blogged.
Today was a lonng day!
I was invited to 2 open houses for Eid, but i felt bad for unable to come to Zanariah's.
Sorry babe! I had to babysit the lilttle munchkin for the day. Cos the parents had a wedding function in the mid afternoon. So i had all the time with myself to quickly finish some household chores and multitask. heh

Can you imagine watching 'Nickelodean' all the way from 11am to 4?
This show icarly is addictive i tell you!
Although its plain slapstick, its quite enjoyable!
Cos i found that lately MTV has been showing too many reality shows!
come on, where is all the music?????

Anyways, i did went to dearest Zie's open house.

2nd October was the day the donuts went out for Eid.
Despite all the hiccups and misunderstandings.We did managed to visit most of the main houses. I was bumped that we didnt get to visit Dan's & honey's place.

Maybe its best that we visit when his mum is feeling better. (:

The van was alright, but i stayed on Naq's car most of the time. Naq you are one crazy woman!

Playing around like that?? but it was fun! haha.

Can you believe it?!
After months, weeks, days of waiting. The newly Paramore "Brand New Eyes" album is out but its already sold out!
Imagine my misery?
haha. But apparently here in Singapore they only bought a few records so the next shipment is about 2 weeks? Well, there is hope left. (:

And.. i felt so relieved after paying the the monthly school fees. I did procrastinate to pay sooner cos im worried that my $$ running low. Mom was nagging me about my spending habits and asked me to be more thrifty for the meantime. She is right. Im such a shopperholic! The urge to spend this, buy this is so unbearable! i have to limit my spending power or suffer the consequences! Note to self, "NO SHOPPING TILL DECEMBER"
But now the cat is out of the bag. MOM knows im in need of financial help. It was sweet of her to give me some to ease my burden. Makasih Ibu! (:

Have you wondered that at times things just dont go in your way?
You can planned everything so smoothly but when things go differently, you just have to go with it.
Like things dont go as you really planned and whats the point of being mad that certain things dont go our own way?
I always tell myself that things happen for a reason and if it doesnt.. dont fret!
